Avon - Imari Seduction Fragrance Website - Avon.com Description - Jennifer Hudson was the perfect new face for the light,sexy new fragrance Imari Seduction from Avon.  Interview from Avon :1. After participating in American Idol, how did the opportunity of starring in Dreamgirls come up? JH: "Dreamgirls didn't come about until three years after American Idol. I had no agent, no management, no record deal, nothing. I just had a belief in God and faith in my talent. One day, Binder Casting called me in for an audition in New York and it all started from there. I am eternally grateful to Bill Condon, the director, and everyone else who believed in me and gave me a chance to shine." 2. How has winning an Oscar® changed you? JH: "I'm basically the same person at heart, but this whole experience has really changed my life. I still can't believe that I have an Oscar®. It's the kind of thing you dream about as a little girl, and then to have it actually happen, is pretty amazing. I am very blessed." 3. How does it feel to be the face of Imari? Why do you think that they selected you? JH: "I'm honored to be the face of Imari. Avon really believes in empowering women to achieve their dreams. It's great that they celebrate and help women worldwide who are making a difference in their communities. I like that. I like being a part of such a great message. I think they selected me because deep down, I'm a pretty simple person with big dreams, like most other women. That and I love Imari. I wear it all the time." 4. What are your future plans in both, your career as a singer and as a movie star? JH: "Dreamgirls has opened the door to many opportunities for me. I am working on a new movie and a new album and it's all very exciting But basically, as long as I'm using my talents to make my living, I'm happy. I truly love to sing and act. And I'm lucky enough to get to do that as my job." 5. Who do you admire the most? JH: "I admire anyone who follows their passion and who gives it their all. I admire the dreamers, believers and go getters in this world. Those are the people I want to surround myself with." |
